Amerapex Corporation provides Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) Services for oil and gas facilities, refineries, alternative fuel facilities, and petrochemical plants worldwide. We provide multi-discipline engineering and effective project management of our clients’ projects specializing in upgrades, modernization, capacity expansion and similar projects. We can provide process engineering, mechanical engineering, piping engineering and design, electrical engineering, instrumentation engineering, systems engineering including those used for control, emergency shutdown, Fire & Gas detection and suppression systems, and we provide Information Technology implementation services.

Project Methodology
Amerapex executes our projects in four distinct phases as described in our work procedures. These are Feasibility Studies, Basic Engineering or Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Detail Engineering, and Site Services. We can provide work in these phases individually or in combination.

Site Support Services
Our site support includes providing construction supervision, start up support and commissioning services. We work closely with the home office engineering center to ensure quick resolution to questions, timely site visits and coordinated vendor support. Amerapex Corporation's EPCM services can be provided on a reimbursable basis and/or on a lump sum turn-key basis where the project definition is complete.

Engineering & Project Management
As a part of our EPCM services we also provide technical and project management staffing services to our clients. This allows our staff to provide engineering and project management services to our client at their facilities. We are aware of co-employment issues and know how to handle the concerns. As an EPCM we are aware of the types of work our staff would be doing and can select better candidates as a result.

Experienced Staff
Our staff personnel have managed multi-country project executions for Clients around the world. We have put together project execution plans defining the mechanics of how these projects will be executed from kick-off to successful conclusion. We have constructed schedules which are regularly monitored and where required corrective actions implemented to bring the project in line with the expected completion dates. We have developed risk mitigation plans to reduce the possibilities of events impacting project executions. We monitor both the schedule and the project costs closely to ensure on-time on budget project completions.

Procurement Management & Sourcing
Amerapex Corporation provides Procurement Management and Sourcing services utilizing global suppliers worldwide. We are currently engaged in procurement of various types of materials for delivery to Indonesia, Iraq, Angola, Libya, and within the United States. We have coordinated complex logistics services to ensure arrival of materials on schedule. Amerapex provides site support coordination for vendors as well as training when required. We provide export controls oversight to ensure compliance with government regulations.
