April, 2010: Bio-Synergies LLC awards contract to Amerapex Corporation.
Amerapex Corporation has been awarded a services contract by Bio-Synergies Inc to provide Process Engineering for an Alternative Energy Project to be built in west Texas.

April, 2010: William Brothers (Willbros) awards Amerapex Corporation Labor Supply Contract.
William Brothers (Willbros) has awarded a contract to provide engineering resource services to Willbro’s offices and site facilities. Amerapex personnel are to be deployed at different locations throughout the USA as required.

January, 2010: Iraq Ministry of Oil - Oil Exploration Company awards contract to Amerapex Corporation and Sercel Inc.
Amerapex Corporation in collaboration with Sercel Inc. has been awarded a contract to provide consumable parts for the seismic exploration equipment supplied previously supplied to Iraq's Oil Exploration Company.

December 2009: Baker-Hughes Petrolite awards contract to Amerapex Corporation at their Barnsdall, Oklahoma Facilities.
Amerapex Corporation was awarded a contract by Baker-Hughes to provide Front End Engineering Design services for their Barnsdall, Oklahoma plant Prill Tower Tankage Farm modifications.

September, 2009: Waha Oil Company awards Amerapex Corporation a contract to supply engineered Pipeline Products for Libya Facilities.
The National Oil Company of Libya, Waha Oil Company, has awarded Amerapex a contract to supply specialty engineered Pipeline products.

September, 2009: Wynnewood Refining awards Amerapex Corporation a Multi-Year Maintenance Support Contract for its Oklahoma Refinery.
Wynnewood Refining has awarded a multi-year maintenance service contract to Amerapex at their Wynnewood, Oklahoma Refinery.

September, 2009: Coffeyville Resources awards project to Amerapex Corporation.
Amerapex Corporation has been awarded a project to provide Process Engineering/Design services on a Crude Unit. The project consists of developing energy and material balances, conducting unit wide mechanical walk through, P&ID and PFD development, and producing loop drawings for the Coffeyville, Kansas refinery.

August 2009: Amerapex Corporation was awarded a contract with the Iraq Ministry of Oil - Oil Exploration Company for in-country Technical Services Support.
Amerapex Corporation has been awarded a contract to provide technical support services to the Oil Exploration Company. The contract includes providing various professional personnel on-site in various locations within Iraq to support seismic data acquisition, processing and interpretation, and associated services.

April, 2009: Pryor Chemical (LSB Industries, Inc.) awards Amerapex Corporation a Contract to support commissioning and start-up of their Ammonia Plant in Oklahoma.
Pryor Chemical has awarded Amerapex Corporation a service support contract to provide check out, commissioning, and startup support for their Pryor, Oklahoma Ammonia Plant. The entire plant was restarted after an extended multi-year shutdown. Amerapex provided commissioning and startup support on multiple units.

January, 2009: BP Canada Energy Company awards contract to Amerapex Corporation
Amerapex Corporation has been awarded a contract by BP Canada Energy Company to provide professional services for their Noel project which is being handled out of their Calgary, Canada offices.

October, 2008: Iraq Ministry of Oil - Oil Exploration Company awards contract to Amerapex Corporation and Sercel Inc.
Amerapex Corporation in collaboration with Sercel Inc. has been awarded a contract to provide system upgrades and spare parts for the seismic exploration equipment that we have previously supplied to Iraq's Oil Exploration Company.

August, 2008: Baker-Hughes Petrolite awards contract to Amerapex Corporation
Amerapex Corporation has been awarded a project with Baker-Hughes Petrolite at their Barnsdall, Oklahoma facility. The project is to inspect a number of columns, pressure vessels, tanks, and exchangers during a scheduled turnaround in September 2008. Amerapex is providing the certified inspectors for this important project, who are responsible for researching past inspections, scheduling equipment to be prepared for inspection, performing the required inspections and providing written and electronic reports and photographs of the inspection results.

August, 2008: MEMC Pasadena awards contract to Amerapex Corporation
Amerapex Corporation has been awarded a contract by MEMC in Pasadena, Texas to provide a Silane recovery system process FEED package that includes: rigorous process simulation, equipment sizing, instrument specification, control strategy design and PFD/P&ID development.

May, 2008: Western Refining awards contract to Amerapex Corporation
Amerapex Corporation has been awarded a contract with Western Refining Inc. in El Paso, Texas to provide instrumentation services for the CGHT Project. The services include producing over 900 Engineering Design Drawings, including Loops, Junction Boxes, Marshalling and Cable Schedule drawings and power and grounding for the instrumentation systems. The contract also includes generating Honeywell DCS hardware specifications, DCS point and control loop configurations, communications configuration and all operating and maintenance graphical interfaces. The project will complete in March 2009 with Amerapex checkout and startup of all instruments, and supporting Western during the unit startup with loop tuning and instrument training.

January, 2008: Iraq Ministry of Oil - Oil Exploration Company awards contract to Amerapex Corporation and Sercel Inc.
Amerapex Corporation in collaboration with Sercel Inc. has been awarded a contract to provide spare parts for the seismic exploration equipment that we have previously supplied to Iraq's Oil Exploration Company.

November, 2007: Iraq Ministry of Oil - Oil Exploration Company awards contract to Amerapex Corporation and Sercel Inc.
Amerapex Corporation in collaboration with Sercel Inc. has been awarded a contract to provide a complete Vertical Seismic Profile (VSP) system for the exploration and development of Iraqi Oil Fields by the Iraqi Oil Exploration Company. The contract includes seismic data acquisition, processing and interpretation systems and low velocity layer (LVL) survey equipment with associated services.

October, 2007: JGI Inc. awards support contract to Amerapex Corporation
JGI, Inc., has awarded a contract to Amerapex Corporation to provide startup services for Seismic Exploration equipment in Iraq. As part of this contract, Amerapex will provide Geophysicists, Electronics Engineers, Surveyors and Vibrator Mechanics to start up the Sercel 3D Seismic Data Acquisition system provided by JAPEX to the Iraqi Oil Exploration Company.

August, 2007: Coffeyville Resources awards contract for Sulfur Analyzer
Amerapex Corporation has been awarded a contract by Coffeyville Resources for a turn-key project to engineer, install and commission a new total sulfur analyzer on their low sulfur diesel hydrotreater. The scope includes a custom sample conditioning system, HVAC system, sample return pumps and piping, and complete analyzer shelter revamp.

March, 2007: JGI Inc. awards support contract to Amerapex Corporation
JGI, Inc., has awarded a contract to Amerapex Corporation to provide support services for Seismic Exploration equipment in Iraq.

September, 2006: CDI’s Engineering Unit and Amerapex Corporation Awarded Multi-Year, Alaska Contract with BP Exploration.
CDI Corp. (NYSE:CDI) subsidiary, CDI Engineering Solutions, Inc., teaming with Amerapex Corporation, was awarded a contract agreement on July 11, 2006 with BP Exploration (Alaska) Inc. to provide professional services for BP Exploration’s Alaska-based office and site facilities. August, 2006: Iraq Ministry of Oil - Oil Exploration Company awards contract to Amerapex Corporation and Sercel Inc.
Amerapex Corporation in collaboration with Sercel Inc. has been awarded a contract to provide 3D Seismic Data Acquisition, Field Processing and Surveying Equipment and 2D/3D Processing Software with associated services by the Iraqi Oil Exploration Company.

July 2006: Coffeyville Resources awards contract for Lab Update System
Amerapex Corporation has been awarded a contract to provide a new system to receive lab results from Honeywell's LIMS and calculate bias updates based on historical data stored in Honeywell PHD. The new system will offer a state-of-the-art 3-tier architecture based on SQL Server 2005 and Microsoft.NET with displays provided on Honeywell Experion Stations.

June 2006: AgriBioFuels awards contract for Detailed Design and Engineering of Bio-Diesel facility.
Amerapex Corporation has been awarded a contract to provide Detailed Engineering and Design services for the Process Modules and Plant-Wide Facilities for a Bio-Diesel facility to be located in Dayton, Texas by AgriBioFuels LLC.

May 2006: AgriBioFuels awards contract for Basic Design and Engineering of Bio-Diesel facility.

January, 2006: Chevron International Exploration & Production Company awards Procurement contract to Amerapex Corporation
Amerapex Corporation has been awarded a procurement contract for the supply of specialty products for Chevron’s Angolan Operations (Cabinda Gulf Oil Co. Ltd.).

January, 2006: Coffeyville Resources awards additional projects to Amerapex Corporation
Amerapex Corporation has been awarded a project to provide piping and instrument verification for a Crude Unit and a HF Alkylation Unit. The project consists of conducting a mechanical walk through, updating P&IDs, loop wiring verification, a field instrumentation survey and construction of a new instrument index for these units at the Coffeyville, Kansas refinery.

October, 2005: WesTech Engineering Inc. awards Technical Translation Services for Iraq Water Supply Projects to Amerapex Corporation
Amerapex Corporation has been awarded a project to translate WesTech Engineering Technical Manuals into Arabic and Kurdish for the Nasiriyah Public Water Works Project, the Erbil Ifraz Main Water Supply Project, and for the Balad Rooz Public Water Works Project.

May, 2005: Department of the Army, Project and Contracting Office, Joint Contracting Command-Iraq awards contract to Amerapex Corporation
Amerapex Corporation in collaboration with our partner, Sercel Inc. has been awarded a project to provide 3D Seismic Data Acquisition, Field Processing and Surveying Equipment and 2D/3D Processing Software with associated services for use by Iraqi Oil Exploration Engineers.

April, 2005: Coffeyville Resources awards Loop Wiring Verification and Field Instrument Survey Project to Amerapex Corporation
Amerapex Corporation has been awarded a project to provide loop wiring verification, field instrumentation survey and construction of a new instrument index for the Coffeyville, Kansas refinery.

March, 2005: PT Saipem Indonesia Awards Procurement contract to Amerapex Corporation
Amerapex Corporation in collaboration with Tormene Gas Technology, S.p.A. of Italy has been awarded a procurement contract for the supply of On-Off Actuated Ball Valves for Total E&P Indonesie Sisi Nubi Field EPSC1 Production and Separation Platform SNPS and Offsites. The project was awarded by PT Saipem Indonesia, the EPC contractor.

January, 2005: Indonesian firm Alam Kalimantan Mandiri awards Procurement contract to Amerapex Corporation
Amerapex Corporation, in collaboration with Tormene Gas Technology, S.p.A. of Italy has been awarded a procurement contract for the supply of valves for Total E&P in Indonesia. The project was awarded by Alam Kalimantan Mandiri.

December, 2004: FlourAMEC awards Nasiriyah, Iraq Water Supply Project
Amerapex Corporation, in collaboration with WesTech Engineering, has been awarded the project to supply Clarifiers and site services for the Nasiriyah Project Public Water Works - South in Nasiriyah, Iraq. The project was awarded by FlourAMEC, the engineering contractor.

December, 2004: FlourAMEC awards Erbil, Iraq Water Supply Project
Amerapex Corporation, in collaboration with WesTech Engineering, has been awarded the project to supply Clarifiers and site services for the Erbil Ifraz Main Water Supply in Erbil, Iraq. The project was awarded by FlourAMEC, the engineering contractor.

December, 2004: Eli Lilly and Company awards Services Contract to Amerapex Corporation
Amerapex Corporation has been awarded a services contract to provide a Subject Matter Expert and Automation Support Services for the Delta V Control System. The project was awarded by Eli Lilly and Company in Indianapolis, IN.

November, 2004: MEMC Pasadena awards Simulation and Control System Implementation Project to Amerapex Corporation
Amerapex Corporation has been awarded the project to provide services for Steady-State Simulation, Dynamic Simulation and Control System Implementation for a Purification Column at the MEMC Pasadena manufacturing facility.

October, 2004: Rhodia awards Programming Contract to Amerapex Corporation
Amerapex Corporation has been awarded a project to provide programming services to update the ABB MOD300 Control System's Dynamic Data Exchange Server. The project was awarded by Rhodia Inc. in Cranbury, NJ.

July, 2004: Amerapex Corporation re-locates its Headquarters in Houston

September, 2003: Punj Lloyd Indonesia awards Procurement contract to Amerapex Corporation
Amerapex Corporation, in collaboration with Tormene Gas Technology, S.p.A. of Italy has been awarded a procurement contract for the engineering and supply of manual valves to the Total PECIKO 4 Field Development Onshore Production Facility in Indonesia. The project was awarded by PT Punj Lloyd Indonesia, the engineering contractor.

July, 2003: Pertamina awards LIMS and OTS project to Amerapex Corporation
Amerapex Corporation, in collaboration with Indokamas Buana Perkasa, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cegelec, has been awarded a contract for the engineering and supply of process simulators to train operators for the existing Distributed Control System as well as a Lab Automation System and a Lab Information Management System. The project was awarded by Pertamina for its Dumai Refinery in North-East Sumatra, Indonesia.

January, 2003: Gunanusa awards Procurement contract to Amerapex Corporation
Amerapex Corporation, in collaboration with Tormene Gas Technology, S.p.A. of Italy has been awarded a procurement contract for the engineering and supply of duplex manual valves to the Total PECIKO 4 Offshore Production Facility in Indonesia. The project was awarded by PT Gunanusa Utama Fabricators, the engineering contractor.
